 A building is to be constructed in Islahiye district, Gaziantep province. With a footprint of 741.10 m², the total construction area will be 3300 m², comprising a basement, ground floor, and three upper floors. The basement will include a technical center, a shelter, men’s and women’s hair salons, a doctor’s office, a main kitchen, and dry and cold storage rooms. The ground floor will contain administrative offices, a lobby, and a restaurant. The first floor will have a multi-purpose hall/foyer, a breakfast room, and 9 rooms. The second floor will have 12 standard rooms and 2 suites. The third floor will have 9 standard rooms, 2 suites, and 2 accessible rooms, bringing the total number of rooms to 36.
